You Haven’t Selected “FREE Standard Delivery” or “FREE Standard Pickup”

Select FREE Standard Delivery for orders being delivered to home or business addresses. For orders being delivered to Pickup Locations, select FREE Standard Pickup.

If you placed an order but it hasn’t entered the dispatch process, you can change the delivery method as follows:

1.     In Your Orders, select Change delivery option beside the order that you want to change.

2.     Select Free Delivery or Free Standard Pickup and select Confirm.


You Ordered Through Jaju Marketplace

When you order from Jaju Marketplace, Marketplace sellers manage the order processing and delivery of the goods. Therefore, the delivery costs differ from the delivery costs for orders fulfilled by Jaju. You can find the respective delivery costs in the offer overview in the seller details and during the ordering process. Unless otherwise stated, the delivery costs for orders at Jaju Marketplace apply to each item. For multiple orders, contact the seller to ask about other delivery methods.

You Entered an International Delivery Address

We charge delivery rates on most international deliveries.

You Ordered a Product that’s not Eligible for Free Shipping

We can’t deliver some products for free, owing to their nature and the effort involved. Therefore, we exclude such products from free delivery.

You Selected Individual Shipping for Your Order and the Value of the Individual Order is Below the Threshold for Free Shipping

When ordering multiple items, you can choose full delivery (‘summarise my ordered items in as few individual deliveries as possible’) or single delivery (‘I want my items faster. Send them as soon as items are available’). If you choose individual delivery, free delivery only applies if the value of each individual item is above the free delivery threshold. Our system shows you the respective delivery costs according to your selection.

Jaju Cancelled an Item in Your Order

In rare cases, an item in your order becomes unavailable and we have to cancel it. We’ll notify you by email. If the order value is below the threshold for free delivery due to the cancellation, please contact customer service.
